Accreditation

In January 2009, the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB) achieved the gold stamp of approval for its Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN®) exam. After meeting rigorous standards, the CMSRN examination exam was granted accreditation by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC). The ABSNC is the only accrediting body specifically for nursing certification. Accreditation demonstrates that the CMSRN credential is based on a valid and reliable testing process.
