Exam Administration

MSNCB works with the testing company Center for Nursing Education and Testing (C-NET®) to offer the Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN®) certification examination. C-NET staff members have extensive experience in the development and administration of certification and licensure examinations for nurses. All application information is considered confidential and is not shared with any outside party. It is used only by C-NET and MSNCB for certification processing purposes. Information concerning any candidate for certification is released only upon the written request of the certification applicant.
