CMSRN Certificates, Lapel Pins, and Frames

Show your patients and colleagues that you have taken that extra step to validate your knowledge and skill in your specialty. Proudly wear a pin that identifies you as a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN®).  Each new CMSRN receives a lapel pin with their certificate. If you need to order a replacement or additional pin, you may do so online from our affiliated professional association, the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN).

Lost certificate? Each CMSRN receives an 8½ x 11 wall certificate and a wallet card showing your credentials and expiration date. If you had a name change or lost your certificate, you may request a copy of your wall certificate or wallet card. A wall certificate can be purchased for $20 duplicate fee. You may request a wallet card to be sent electronically or by mail for no fee. If you need to order a duplicate copy of your certification documents, you may send your request by email, mail, fax, or phone. Contact MSNCB.
