Retaking the Exam

The CCCTM® certification exam is a national exam that represents the role of registered nurses in care coordination and transition management practice across the continuum of care, from acute to ambulatory to community and other settings.

First-Time Retake Discount

$75 off eligible application fees.

A candidate who does not pass the first CCCTM exam may retake the exam with a one-time only first-time retake discount, valid for 4 months after the exam date. The discount becomes active approximately 4 weeks after the exam date. You will be notified by email when your discount becomes active.

Not applicable for MSNCB FailSafe Certification Program™ candidates.

Application

Candidates retaking the CCCTM exam will be able to apply 4 weeks after the last exam date. Use the same login information you used on the first application for the discount to be applied automatically at checkout.

To retake the CCCTM exam, a new application and fees must be submitted. About 2 weeks after applying, you will receive a new ATT by email containing a new 90-day period.
